My goal is to have it done by Halloween. It's typically one of the last days of biking before the snow comes and then I'm encased in ice until April.

 It's just a single pivot. Might be hard to tell as the drawing is x-ray. The side plates might make it more confusing, howeever they are just to mount the shocks and the rear pivot. I need 2 plates on the non-drive side as I need one offset to mount the two shocks as they are offset so I can mount drive sprockets to the single pivot point, and I will mount the floating brake (which I still need to design) to the non-offset plate.
It's really a pretty stupid design but it looks crazy so I'm going with it.

 I'm not going to be selling it. I'm sure they won't mind. Come to think of it I'm not sure many people associated with bmw would even know what a race link looks like.
