Gorgeous build. I'm really liking the raw finish on the frame. I would highly advise that you go order a number of derailleur hangers from On-One. The metal they make them from is really soft and has a tendency to bend easily. I've gone through 5-6 in the year I've had mine. I keep four on hand at all times. One in my camelbak, the rest waiting at home.

 My area is known for mangling derailleurs with all the rocks. You may not have as much as a problem as I did. I would definitely get two as a back up.
