Is there actually a structural weld there at the junction of the 'crack' ? It looks a lot like paint and not metal! I hope it's not the latter, but neither is good. Hope Orange do good by their warrenty and hook you up!!

According to Orange it is just the paint. They've said I can send it back for a respray. But pink is no more

It's quite common on the front of the shock mount there is no weld at that point somthe powder cracks in the hollow. Not movement. Orange offer free resprays for warranty. If it were me mate I would touch it in with clear nail varnish and keep riding then send it back in a year or so as they may restart the pink then

I've got a free respray to use before it's first birthday in July so see what colours are around then.

@baggyferret: I have no idea. Pretty damn annoying though. Won't be a bad thing getting the respray as there are a couple of rock chips. Hope they do the whole thing, not just front triangle
