I don't think this is an actual teeter totter even though it looks like one. I have made some mighty big teeter totters in my day and I know for a fact, if you make them too big, you find it hard to carry enough weight to the end of the teeter... once you do, if you don't jet off fast enough, the thing will buck the tail end of your bike before you have a chance to roll off.

also -- from the looks of it, the pivot is not secure, that thing would shift and shimmy like crazy without being bolted down tight. I made a smaller version of something just like that and it took a lot of extra hardware to keep the thing from wiggling all over the place
