 I had to get a tool for 30mm bottom bracket and this was one solid optionSmile

 Very much so! But, I don't like when makers make parts that need special tools. 2 weeks ago I took apart my Zee hub and realized I needed a special wrench to get inside the free body!

 @nikoniko: It's a same old story about bloody standards, but this way we never get bored.
Btw. I didn't know you need a special tool for the zee's freehub, thanks for sharing your wisdomSmile
Does it apply to all Shimano freehub bodies or just Zee?

 Im not sure, because the old saint hub, I never had any problems opening it up to service. So, I couldn't open my Zee so, I took it to my local shop and they said the system now is to just buy a new free hub body. I was very furious as I have had a Hadley hub for about 10 years now and it keeps going as I can service it. I think this is a very bad idea for Shimano to make a system where you have to buy a new free body. Plus I don't like noisy hubs so I always make them sound a little quieter but now you can't!! I wish I could comprehend more easily why big companies are continuing to make produces cheeper yet less reliable other than schemes to just produce more profit. Im totally against it!!! hahahahah But, I now own 3 Zee hubs and Im stuck with this!

 @nikoniko: I use Hope hubs for my bikes. They are so reliable and durable I don't want to move to anything else for now, a bit to noisy for you though. But having 3 Zee hubs you're a Zeeman for sure lol. RideOn!

 @bolololo: hhahahahahhahaha Im the Zeeman!
Hope are hubs i would love to try one day, I know they are noisy but I like the reliability factor.
Just like my Hadely, they keep on ticking! Im kind of mad at shimano for this Zee failure but they are great hubs and work well, just the internals need to be serviced and kept going. I don't like the idea of disposable parts, ahahhahahhaha
