not even trying to remove the allen bolt with torx bit & hammer, worked,I willg et some one to drill it or do it my self, when i get a drill.

I had the same issue once. I used the small scissor from a swiss army knife. Grab the bolt between the clamp. As the scissor is really a flat one on those, you should be able to get in between the clamp, and grab the bolt to turn.
