Answer -20mm DM stem. Exotic 840mm carbon bars. Single speed with Rohloff tensioner, Absolute Black 16t N/W cog, KMC DLC chain, and 38t Deckas N/W chainring (cheap off E-Bay, seems quite nice). Also off the Flea-Bay: J&L 400lb. Ti coil (on Fox Van RC), Ti seatpost (very nice!), carbon saddle, and lots of blue Ti hardware throughout (more for bling and corrosion resistance than weight). And yes, like all of my bikes, mechanical calipers. TRP Spykes here. I have my reasons.
