Action from Round 4 of the British Downhill Series at Llangollen, North Wales. Ad Brayton took the win in the Men’s Elite, Whilst Tahnee Seagrave rocked the newly designed track with an impressive victory in the Woman’s Elite. With Rachel Atherton missing the round and Manon Carpenter retiring this week, it’s more or less a series win for Tahnee with one round left to go at Hopton.
Ad ‘The Keswick Kestrel’ Brayton moved up the series leader board with a top seeding in Qualification and then taking the win at Llangollen, on a wet track.
The next Round at Hopton on the 16th/17th September, shall be the last of this Downhill season and with organiser Si Paton expressing his fears of the BDS Closing down, like other National Series in other Countries, then this ‘may’ be the last time we see action at Llangollen in a while.
