Some more details finished on the Enduro bike. Rear chain tensioner relocated to the upper swingarm structure, head tube length adjusted for 160mm fork axle-to-crown height, chain line adjusted to be exactly 50mm (according to Pinion's specs), and some other small bits. Cable routing still to be sorted. Will go for external for the gearbox, rear brake, and part of the dropper post. Really want this to be as serviceable as possible.

 Oh OK, I understand. Yes the main pivot is actually a 20mm thru axle, threaded at both ends. I think the bearings are 32mm diameter, The pivot has been positioned to give a 65 degree rear wheel path (the same as the front wheel).

Yeah just checked out your drawings - are you going any further with them? Some of the designs look nice!

 Yes I want to make the frame out of foam parts and then laminate them. Propably like you did ? So you clamp the 20 mm axle on both ends right ?

 @emptybox: No it will actually be made by Carbon Wasp; they are based in Leeds. 3D printed mold, and then the layup is carried out. Yes the 20mm axle is bolted at both ends. Should be very easy to service and replace bearing etc.

 @ashleykalym:
Is the mold made of abs or pla? Or maybe even titanium or aluminium?

 @emptybox: It will be plastic; not sure what type though.

 How wide is the bike where the idler is? And how big is the main bb?

 Hi buddy, it's 80mm from the centre of the frame to the outside of the idler. Should be plenty of room to move around on the bike. Not sure what you mean by how big the main BB is? The location of the BB (where the crank axle is) is in the normal place for an Enduro bike, but it will use a Pinion gearbox. Hope that helps?!

 @ashleykalym:
That sounds pretty good. By main bb I actually meant the main pivot from the suspension. I would love to hear some feedback for a design that I drew wich is quite similar. If you want you can check it out on my profile
