 Beautiful street art!
When I go to the cities here I have noticed the street art is rising but its still very primitive!
Too bad for the defacer who put snobs of goo on this pretty lady!

Is this chiseled art?
Meaning did the artist chisel away at the white paint to reveal the brick?
