who's the tool? The uppers are fully inserted into the lowers as there are-no-internals! (as the add says)

ok. i have a 2001 (?) rs psylo xc, that i might be getting rid of f my new fork comes in soon. im not sure if my eyes are playing games, but the steerer might be bent. might be just what your looking for. if you want them, ill let them go for cheap. ill let you know asap.
