also. Is it worth doing a sectional view halfway along the lever, to get the radius of the curve where your finger actually sits. I'd possibly also cut a little bit more off the top and bottom corners right at the tip of the lever. Just a suggestion. Then pop it down to a local engineering place. You ask them nicely, they should be able to run one off for you pretty easily

 It has only been made as a shabby proto knocked up in about 2 hrs. I am still trying to find an engineer, contaced a couple of CNC places and beeen quoted around £200... And as to the progam... I'm ashamed to say its just MSpaint! It's to scale though (1 mm : 10 pixels)!

 try using google sketchup 7. I have designed a couple of stems, pedals etc on there. and its to scale.

 what program did you use to model that on? More importantly... How well did the brake work on completion?
