He truly had potential with his scott hardtail, yet for some reason he decided to build this bike.

If he had of spent a few bucks on upgrades on the scott ( new fork ++ ) and made it single speed he would of had himself a great looking and riding bike. Yet he decided to build himself this.

 Whoever did your derailleur needs to take a course in bicycle mechanics. Shimano derailleurs need a bigger loop then that, its so f*cking tight i wouldnt be surprised if it struggled to shift at all. Oh and why the hell are you yet to "modify" it with your pads?
