 @Diesel-Powered: I am not exactly sure how he came to own it. To be honest he could be borrowing it from bender for all I know. I see Jeremy pretty frequently at a local shop. I will try to get the story if you are interested.

 @Blackmetalgoat: i have no idea , biggest issue with jaw drop is the landing i think , to flat and those bikes where to short in wheelbase

 @Diesel-Powered: yeah but that as 20 years ago , today with modern geometry and suspension i think it is possible not shure if today bikes can take the impact though

 @Blackmetalgoat: yeah angle of that landing is way to flat to get a smooth landing out of it and think for those new guys not worth it , and i dont mind , bender name should be linked to that drop not some one else

Love my geometron G18 proto 1420mm wheelbase 60 degree headangle , extreme machine but best bike ever for me 555 mm reach and im a 6.10ft rider
but yea bikes in general get way to long as it only works good on high speeds not for skinnys or tech riding

 @brassinne: I really think a lot of it has to with application of the bike as well. If you are trying to keep the wheels on the ground and ride the most tech stuff possible long and low is awesome. If you are a more playful rider that likes to hit all the little pops and jibs then maybe not so much.

 @mixmastamikal: yea for sure , for me it works , but when it comes to hitting drops im a lot more confident on the short wheelbase bikes and not the slack front end

I only meant that they today's bike are too long and slack for pur cliff jumping and large huck to flat type riding. My current do it all bike is a capra 29. It's excellent for what I would consider all around riding. I used to have an old specialized big hit with 200mm monster T's and 24x3.0 tires all around. I felt much more confident on huck to flat type stuff, stair case gaps and big drops than on anything else I've ever owned. That type of riding is almost dead these days.
