Would not call it a project bike, it's brand new. When did you last buy a new bike?? What we need to say is, you like riding it more so than a carbon framed Trek as its a better ride, it came with near a £100 worth of tyres that we set up tubeless but first had to repair vitus's tubeless tapping, and we have just stripped some weight out the bike by fitting some of shimanos finest SLX cranks after the cheap oh suntour duron cranks stripped a pedal thread after removing the cheap supplied pedals. But all in all, a bloody bargain.
