I bought this bike from BrianK24 after reasonable negotiating and he delivered it to me the same day I bought It from him. He packaged it up and sent it to my through BikeFlights and the bike came in 7 days from OH to CA. I assembled the bike a realized a part was missing and contacted Brian. He told me that he indeed packed it with the bike, but instead of arguing about the missing part, he simply ordered an new one from Canada, paid for express shipping, and had it shipped to me. Brian has proved to be a helpful and trustworthy PinkBike seller.
