 wow it looks completly different then mine, its great that someones trying to be unique with their apex, this picture only inspires me, im gonna get blue stuff though, and in the summer im getting new tires.

and the thing on the hub is cuz it stays put when the wheel spins, and then rubs on th hub and kicks off any dirt. it doesn't come on hubs, he put it on
