just use a oxyaccetaline torch to heat it up then get the biggest piece of flatbar or a pipe to fit in there and just bend it back. after wards heat it up alot with the torch then dip it in oil and it will make it harder metal. mind u next time u do that it could snap right off though. but u would have to hit it hella hard an wiegh like 250 pounds
