 1 X 7 gears modified 9 gear cassette (i never use biggest and smallest rings) - thinking sram x7

probably tora 29˝ 100mm fork after rigid, i'm on low budget for now

wide risers, short stem (long legs, short torso), long and strong cranks - 175 hussefelts or similar: i'm hard on cranks, flat pedals for now, spd possibly, wheels i would build myself

that would probably be finnished in several months, still saving for the frame and looking for a place that sells it near

 tall seat!
