cut that steer tube a bit, same with the seat post, and get some plastic pcs and it wil be under 23

the seatpost is really short already and my pedals are lighter then pc and i dont like short steer tubes cause then it makes it hard to swap from bike to bike

the specs are up in the best p bike and the rear rim is a 721 and the front is a syncros ds 25
