just a shot of my humble bike. It's an 04 Thunderball, slightly mod. Still need to do quite a bit on it... Needs a new fork!

Hey t3aSer, cool will do. I do need to do that. Just never get around to it hehe
WA - The breaks: They're OK if it's not too wet, but to be honest haven't had a problem with them yet. I must admit I don't ride as hardcore as I'd like to hehe.

hehe yea Duel Crowns are pretty hard on a hardtail... but must have been fun to ride! I did the Paarl trail last weekend with it, and was good fun. Skipped most of the big jumps ofcourse, but most should be doable with the bike, just need to work on my landings and pumping a bit more...

My only issue is the frame is a little too short. I sometimes nick the front end of my front shoe when I take a sharp turn, hoping a longer travel fork will help with that...

A maniac from Paarl called Cade put dual crowns on his Thunderball. And even did the Dirtopia huck on it! Just shows the strength of those frames. Eventually he cracked the frame, but what do you expect from a hardtail being ridden with dual crowns by a crazy guy like him!

Nice bike, just drop the spacers and angle your seat some more. Thunderballs are indestructable bikes!
