the steer is pretty much 100% where it needs to be, yeah the bars are a little high, im a tall guy.
Need to cut em though, wide as hell.

looks great. Cut the steerer, the bars are a bit too high IMO.

The steer tube really isn't that long, 15mm of spacers probably. Some people like a high front end.
