no, the blue light, allover the headtube and bars, and yes there is a part on the wheel which you mistaked as a valve cap, the valve is actually like four inches further round the wheel, and he has no cap on it even.

Depending on which photos get the most favourites in a day, the next day's POD is chosen from that. So basically just get everyone to favourite a photo.
