NOOOO, not them wingbars.
Ive seen your bike posted before, it often gets negative comments, but ive always liked it.
this is what you require to make this bike ACTUALLY nice.
LOSE them wingbars - get normal riser
new tires - holyrollers, kenda small block 8, or schwalbe tableTop
new seat, or a new pivotal seat and post combo
