Why? That would cost $1000+, Might as well just get an argyle and outlaws for $700, then sell your frame for $300, and buy a dobermann pinscher for $600.

Tons of guys run ss on hardtails in our dh racing.
Second of all.
Those pedals are sooo strong! I have them and i would be 46565454465% comfortable riding them for dh.
Thirdly, Most of the guys riding hardtail dh in the o-cup are on mech brakes.
