tbh theres no nice way to put this, but you've ruined that bike, trials bikes shouldnt have sus forks, they shud b rigid easy for hopping etc, and those bars and stem dont suit it. im guesing the disc brake has more power but the disc is just another thing to smash again walls and stuff when out on it.

 hans ray has cross country forks on his trials bike and he is regarded as one of the pioneers of trials so what your say is shit no offence
