My-FELT-Surplus30-Plus - The 2023 Fox “Factory” Transfer/SL Dropper Post. Because of the “Kink”/Bend in the Seat tube on the frame, I am locked into 360mm overall length, and therefore, only 100mm of travel, which is the same as the stock KS Dropper Post. But the Transfer/SL Dropper is has internal routing, which becomes external right above the Bottom Bracket. * The good news is that being internal cabling, the cable doesn’t move and get snagged on the rear tire, or worse yet, catch my foot like the stock KS eternal cable system did. * As you can see, there is still a lot of post (The black part) sticking out of the frame. That is because of the bend in the seat tube, That is the lowest that the Dropper Post can be inserted. I really wanted a couple more MM of insertion, but it just fits as is. I will be looking for a slimmer seat though. Part of constantly fiddling and opening “Pandora’s Box” as it were.
