i must have been conned when i bought the bike if it is a late 90s frame. cant get much later than 1999 model. dont look like this.

the frame has 15.5 on the seat tube,the bottom bracket is quite high.

the cranks are truaviti five d. the pedals in the pic are not with the bike, it comes with ritchey comp pedals or a pair of v8 copys, the full description is here
