Camelback “Podium”, insulated water bottles.

* Pros: A. The bottle is designed to be a little “squishy”, so you can “shoot” a blast of water into your mouth quickly and easily. B. The insulation does work very well.
* Cons: A. The open/close feature is a two-hand operation. I had one bottle “closed” in my hydration pack, and the bottle in the water bottle cage on the bike, was “open” the whole time.
B. This bottle is VERY SLIPPERY. Almost every time that I grabbed it out of water bottle cage and tried to drink from it, then getting it back into the water bottle cage was a crap shoot. As it was sliding out of my grasp in both directions. I added the strap from a previous water bottle, which helped immensely.
