I heard that to but, i aslo heard that they were first descoverd when two soliders were sleeping in a tent and one off them wole up in the morning and this other guy had is whole stumach(dont know how to spell it) and intestings eaten the guy looked inside him to find a camel spider.
I dont think they poison you i think they bite you and numb you skin and felsh and eat you so you dont feel it intill you wake up or see it.
