Trust me, the seat tubes do NOT come like that on any of T-1s frame. That's a home job. Such a waste of a great frame...

my eastern elentent coems like that but its a smaller hole plus wouldnt that make the frame alot weaker?

thts an eastern, they have cutouts, these frames dont. and no, the ppl at eastern made sure tht they only cutout the areas tht dont rlly do much.
