well its the second time ive done this...first was my ex irlfriends red pants..i stripped my seat cleaned it off.

cut the farbric you wanna use put glue on the back side and on the plastic of the seat...wait till they are both tacky (not wet) then you press it on pull it tight over the seat cut off any access fabric tuck under spray some glue to seal it (or staples if you can) let it dry and put it all back together
