For the brakes I know Hope have the little nozzle thing interchangeable with a variety of colours, and for the rims you could get some leaf rims (check this link - shop.ride-central.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=30&products_id=369)

 its not my bike i got bored and did the rims and stem
