it is dude- sorry the shock was sold last week, but your old one should fit nicely if its a 215mm one- if not you can pick up a swinger cheaply on eBay for around Â£50. Swingers are the best shocks to go with on the DH8. Bigger rocker arms as well than your frame!

should be ok with most shocks around 200mm though.

yup.
