 That's what it looks like. I got rid of the frame so I don't know for sure.

 Just make sure you put a good primer coat and enough paint. I ended up only putting 4 cans of paint on; that sounds like enough, but it wasn't. If you can, bake the frame at a paint shop or maybe in your oven... maybe not. I just enjoyed painting it, regardless of the outcome.

 haha alright, i use to ride BMX bikes and we pained those all he time and it wasnt to bad. I´d like to take mine to a shop and have em do it but that´s a little spendy
