Have you seen the length of it!. That battery pack weighed a ton and all it's got is that poxy little shock, but god it was fun for the 3 minutes the battery lasted. Would have brought it home if it would have fitted in the car.

I suppose it's in case the battery goes flat, but it's so heavy it would be almost impossible to pedal.
