SNAFU UL RACE FORK

There's more total weld surface area on this dropout than there is on the DAK fork by FIT. Redline's first tubular chromoly forks had the same dropout configuration in 1974... no worries. Have you seen how much brazing area there is on a steel road or fixed gear fork? Not as much as these... Don't sweat it. Morgan Wade uses our forks on the ESPN mega ramp.

I would be fine riding them, if I were a pegless park/dirt rider. I'm pretty sure riders from 1974 weren't hauling ass and dropping down a few feet into a smith on unwaxed concrete, or tooth picking hand rails. I don't understand how you can compare a freestyle BMX fork to a road or fixie fork. Road bikes can fold in half if you look at them wrong.

I've never come across a fit dak fork, only the dak frame, so maybe I'm crazy...If you're referring to the new fit shiv fork. That thing also scares the snot out of me.

Again, if you're a butter smooth pegless park or dirt rider who rarely screws up, then I'm sure these forks are great. But I wouldn't want to try riding my style of street on them for a prolonged time.

Again, just my 2 cents

I'm going to be honest...That fork scares the snot out of me. Mostly because of the drop outs. Try losing weight in another area and make the fork peg friendly to appeal to more riders.

 It's a race fork...
