if you have a camera high a high shutter speed, or can take multiple pics at once, its not hard, hold the bike have someone ready to take the photo, then let go of the pic at the same moment the persons taking the photo

or just use normal shutter speed and when the person lets go take the picture, otherwise the photo will be over exposed. and why would you continuous shooting?
you obviously dont have a clue what your talking about
