man thats nuts not really built as a dh bike bro what travel are those forks ive gpt an am2000 they ride nicely with pikes that much travel must throw it out of whack

It's 8 inch front 7 inch rear. Since I bumped up the rear travel it actually feels like a more aggressive all mountain bike because it still climbs like a mountain goat and descends like a freight train.

thats a sweet bike dude, im lovin the marzocchi front and rear suspension, is that the am2000?

Thanks man, and the suspension feels so plush and bottomless. It's actually the 2007 AM 1000.

how'd you make the travel bigger bigger stroke shock or something?

Pretty much. On a small frame, a 7.875 i2i shock just barely fits in.

haha yea it'd be a tight squeze ive got a small frame as well but its more for xc duties now that i got a dh bike.

DH isn't really a huge demand here. I only need 7 inches of travel to conquer the more harsh terrain here. If I lived in a different part of Canada then I'd get a real DH bike.
