I hate to ask this and sound like a noob..... but does tappered mean the it starts at 1.5 and goes down to 1 1/18?

reasonable question haha its new technology so not everyone is certain on how it works but ye, 1.5 on the bottom than works its way up to a 1 1/8, it will fit on any bike with a 1.5 headtube
