drinks and food and all of that stuff are normally only free on long-haul flights, which are normally 5 hours or more. some short haul flights do give you free food and drink if you book business class if it is available

not really, the prices are so cheap anyway how could it be a rip off? plus their flights are short haul mostly, like from heathrow to cardiff, aimed mostly at business men.
