haha, cruel to have a tire on it that'll outlast anything else on the bike, the tire's been ridden as a rear since 2004 and it's still at like 80-90% tread!!
i'm hopefully going to expect at least 2, maybe 3 seasons out of the lite versions, that's why i'm going for them ^_^
well they're 2.3" wide, 580-590g, around the same size and weight as a schwable tabletop except they're supposed to last longer. apparently table tops roll even faster than small blocks on pavement, but last only a bit longer... so i am going for these tires instead.
ask rattsl, he says he does all pavement riding and the texture on top of his center knobs (knurling?) hasn't even worn down yet, which is promising.
definitely not, check out rattsl's bike if you want to see the rhythm lites... they look similar to a table top tire with shorter blocks for faster rolling, and should last longer.
