 i know, we are not quite sure where the weight is coming from. buddy who works at the bike shop was guessing 26 lbs but turned out 28.5 frame fork tires? frame should be light though who knows( bars are a tad heavy but not really. possibly tires they are a bit heavy as well il figure it out one of these days

bar stem grips- 750g
front wheel- 2kg
fork w maxel 2.5kg
seat+post 400g
cranks sprocket chaing bb- 1.48kg
rear wheel 2.45kg
brake 350g
frame+headset 2.6kg
pedals 500g
weights arnt super accurate but in the ball park

 Well consider that my Reba Team is 3.85 lbs with the Maxle Lite. Fork is a great place to save weight.

 yes but id rather have a pike for dirt jumping. reba wouldnt be enough for me lol im thinking microknobbies. ti axel. new pedals shoudl get me under 28 and i dont wnat it too much lighter than that
