You've obviously never lived in Winnipeg. I've walked past a locked bike with all it's parts in the afternoon, and 3 hours later it looks like this. Never lock you bike in Winnipeg. You are either on it or it's in the house .... locked up.
3 hours is plenty of time to tear apart a bike, i can probably take apart and rebuild my bike twice in that time, thus i refer to my first statement it was sitting there a long time/while
if it takes u more than an hour to tear down you rbike adn rebuild it then you guys are slow haha jk, It usually takes me about an hour and a bit to tear it down, lube it al lup and what nto and rebuild it. but ya, if this was in toronto, thye would have just cut the lock and taken off.
depends on the bike, i'm talking about a giant glory being torn apart, piece for peice BB and everything, and it would be easier to cut through the post it's chained to there than the actual chain
Its not real the hangers are snapped and the frame is bent together at the back no-one would robe the stuff then bother to snap the hangers and bend the back together they just want the stuff and out of there
If you bother to go round and vandlase a frame locked to a bike post then that just makes you a sad low life. Plus if you do then how do you snap the hangers of by kicking or using your hands a way its just wasting your time.
