Thats not true, they only dont get POD if the rider is fuggin boosting 20 feet into the air out of a quarter with no helmet...ect.

Im not looking through 120 pages of pods to prove a point. But there has been a few, just look around.

Yes there are a few, but those are not recent. My point is that this would not get POD. If this pic was on pinkbike 3 years ago, it would have.

Well, I think that this should get pod even if the rider doesn't have a lid on, he's got a beanie, which obviously is stronger than any helmet arround. Wanna proof? Drop any helmet and a beanie from 4th floor, see which one stays in one piece, haha!

Yeah, alot of you MTB riders these days say shit to try to force it down our throats. It is absolutly 100% our choice to wear one or not, we KNOW the risk, its our heads, not yours. So why do you even care so much? Are you really that much of a control freak?

Awesome Pic! i'm a little confused about what the rider is doing, it looks like a grind. or an abubaca or something, any one know what the rider is preforming?

looks like he left the lip and did a whip to tire grind in the air and hes heading towards the landing
