not even I will be using this for X AM also. I love my DRS and double ring setup. Never ONCE dropped a chain or had it shift down. Also I like the DHX air and it works super well so I see no point in switching out. Also don't have to worry about getting the right spring for my weight w/ the air

 Brakes though...those will get upgraded probably this summer when I have $

 oh, i didnt know you were using it for x am. my bad. i was just statin what i would do. but thats pretty chill, over-all. i took one of those off an eight foot drop. it felt so bottomless, but it had a coil. i rode one on a trail with an air in the rear, and it didnt feel quite as nice, but it did climb better, and pedaled better. is that 66 a 7 inch fork?

 yep good ol 05 66 vf . Need to get some new seals for it. Tell you the truth besides the brakes and the new seals this bike is just about where I want it.

 yea, my brother had a 6 inch fork on his. didnt feel to great. ya besides the brakes, that bike is pretty sick. the wheels arent the best, but they'll work just fine. i love the suspension system
