well i am running 30t on the front and 14t rear, so if you had 16t rear you want to run about 34t on the front or 32t for slightly easier gearing

thats probably too low and depends on the cranks too cos the smallest you can run on mtb cranks is 32t

i would get a smaller sproket on the rear personally, then run a smaller front ring. what type of hub is your rear hub?

is this for bmx? cos if yes then the gear ratios are different than 26 inch. if it is 26 inch then i would get a 12t freewheel and a 25t front sproket
