it teaches u control of your bike, i no it sounds stupid but my friend has been doing it for years and he dropped in a 8ft vert qp and went back ward around the whole skatepark. it was some crazy shit

it was hold by someone...that someone let it go and for taking the picture they used a DSLR camera with high shutter speed so it looks like the bike is standing on itself
