There's a ton of difference between the two.

forks, tires, handlebars, stems, seats, hubs, grips, (writing on the side of the frame), the pivot things attached to the rear shock are different colours(black on the left and silver on the right), and finally the shiffters are on different side of the handlebars on both bikes

SRAM does in fact make a x.0 gripshift. They work pretty well to be honest as well.
