But where does the camera go. Don't you need a sheet of metal between the rods to set the camera on

i used clamps to clamp down the tripod to the two sides...

Haha. Thats what I thought. I'm rebuilding my dolly to be more portable soon but I think Im gonna use scooter wheels.

they are pretty much the same thing.. the rubber makes it super smooth... post some pics of it when you are done, i want to see your dolly design
